1. Overview

Plug-N-Go Electric strives to be fair and transparent with cancellations and refunds. This policy applies to all EV Charger installation bookings made through our online checkout.

2. Full Refund Conditions

You receive a full refund if:

You cancel within 48 hours of booking
Your home requires a panel upgrade and you choose not to proceed
Your property is outside our service area
The charger hardware is incompatible with your vehicle (Installation-Only orders)
We are unable to complete your installation

Full refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Partial Refund Conditions

Cancellation After 48 Hours (Before Install)

$511 charger fee non-refundable if hardware already ordered or delivered
$100 deposit non-refundable after 48 hours
$100 permit deposit refundable if permit application not yet submitted to the city

The $280 permit balance is only due at inspection — it will not be charged if the permit was not submitted.

4. No Refund Conditions

Installation completed and confirmed by customer
Work began and stopped without cause attributable to Plug-N-Go Electric
False or inaccurate information provided at booking affected the scope of work

5. The $580 Installation Balance

The $580 installation balance is ONLY invoiced after the installation is complete and you confirm satisfaction.

Never charged automatically
Requires your acknowledgment that the work is complete
Invoiced through Jobber after job completion

You will never be charged the $580 balance without first confirming the work is complete.

6. City Permit Fees

If you add our permit service (+$380), city permit fees are separate and paid directly by the client — they are not included in the $380 service fee.

City fee amount is quoted and confirmed before we submit anything
You must approve the city fee before we proceed
City fees are non-refundable once submitted to the city
Our $380 permit service fee covers application, coordination, and inspection scheduling only
