Plug N Go Electric LLC
1. Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Plug N Go Electric LLC. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Plug-N-Go Electric provides:
- EV charger installation (Level 2 / 240V)
- Tesla Wall Connector Gen 3 supply and installation
- Residential electrical panel upgrade assessment and installation
All work is performed by licensed C-10 electrical contractors per NEC and California Title 24 regulations.
3. Payment Terms
Installation Only
- $100 deposit due at booking
- $580 balance due after installation is complete and confirmed
- No automatic charges — you confirm work is complete before balance is invoiced
Charger + Installation
- $511 Tesla Wall Connector Gen 3 + $100 installation deposit = $611 due at booking
- $580 balance due after installation is complete and confirmed
- No automatic charges — you confirm work is complete before balance is invoiced
Permit Service (Optional Add-On — +$380 total)
Covers permit application, city coordination, and inspection scheduling. $100 due at booking, $280 due at inspection. City permit fees are separate and confirmed with you before processing.
Panel Upgrade
Pricing is based on a written quote provided during your free assessment. No charges without your written approval.
4. Standard Installation Scope
What Is Included in Standard Installation ($680)
- Up to 10 linear feet of wiring from panel
- Dedicated 240V / 60A circuit
- Breaker, wiring & connectors
- Professional mounting and testing
- NEC and CA Title 24 compliant
- 1-year workmanship warranty
- Licensed C-10 electrician on-site
NOT Included in Standard Price
- Charger unit (installation only — bring your own or select Charger + Installation package)
- Wiring beyond 10 linear feet
- Panel upgrades (separate service)
- Trenching or complex routing
- HOA coordination
- City permit fees (separate from Permit Service add-on)
5. Warranty
We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty on installation labor. Does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or third-party equipment failures.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes resolved in Santa Clara County, CA.
